It doesn't look like the targets flip over when hit... is that right?

you right,

they are just place on the metal bar, then fly down into the box! no flip, no pivot, just knock them down! I already have a flip plate target with magnets and reset,

I wanted this one different, verry fun to knock them down and see them fly back and hit others that are already falled in the bottom! Metal against metal sound! More work to replace them, but it's part of the fun, good for 2 mags of 10 rnds or 3 rotary mags of 6 rnds before replacing them!

Please tell me these are not glass shelves

One modification that may occur to you down the road is to make the rear panel easily removable in order to dig out the pellets from the duct seal. Love the idea, anytime you send a target flying is a win over a tiny hole on paper. I still haven't given up on the idea to create a moveable target. Will happen when time allows.

''shelves'' are 1/8'' metal bar! lol!

already adress this problem! if you look closely, all the metal bars can be slide foward with the aluminum angles on each side removed (I made the slots that goes to the front for bar removal) (2 screws on each sides angles) and pull off the trap so all the room needed to clean the trap or replace the ductseal in the back. the two angle, top and bottom are permanant glued, only the sides are removable to allow bars removal. And realized that only one angle need to be removed in order to slide out the bars!

Cool!- those are the same targets we used to shoot indoors during the winter on Friday nights. The Chickens and Turkeys were from 20yards and the pigs and rams from 25 yards.

The club just OK'd the airgun guys to order 6 or 8? new sets of targets, scaled so all can be shot from 50 feet. The chickens are quite small, of course.

My BT65 .177, at 960fps with 10.5's used to stick the chickens into the dona-cona wall boards behind the target racks.

Nice work and you could always stick the animals on with magnets from Princess Auto.

Could also cut a window in top, use Plexiglas, and put a small florescent light on top to see the animals better.

Still, I like it just the way it is too, good job.

thanks! yes, light would be nice!, the small chickens are not easy to see trough pistols open sights at 17-18 ft.
