Shooting air-pistol with additional weights.
Due to medical reasons I am not able to do long-time stances holding the gun. So I am practicing shooting with additional 1kg weights swinging under the pistol that break my breaks the stability of the gun. Funny that I was even able to follow through my horrible IZH 53M )) The reason is obvious - with additional weight it "jumps" much less )) But I am not sure I can shoot 40 to 60 in a raw. Probably not more that 20

Make it easier for yourself, and make a stand. That you are able to hold out the gun, but lower it slightly to rest the gun on to take off the weight. And relax between shots, or if you feel fatigued.

A camera tripod would likely get you to a comfortable height for a rest

Taking 10 to 20 seconds rest between shots should help immensely.

If you have some scrap 2x4 around, you can make a simple rest.

Cut it to length that is comfy for you, and do this for a simple stand. Cut the top into a V and line it with carpet, or foam.
