This is my new field target rig. This Air Arms EV-2 has been tuned and modified by Joe Korick, a builder here in the US. The gun is shooting at 872 fps at 17.5 FPE with Crosman .177 10.5. The scope is the new Nikko Stirling Nighteater 10x50x60.

I have only been shooting it off of a bench but the gun is shooting groups .50 inch at 50 yards. I think this will be my field target rig of choice this year.

I was very fortunate in being able to get this gun as there were a half a dozen people fighting over this gun at the time I purchased it. I guess I was the first one to come up with the money.

One of the dealers here, Jim’s Precision Airguns and Supplies had this gun built for his own personal use. When he decided to sell it quite a few of the airgunners went wild. The gun is surely worth every penny I had to spend on it. It is a keeper for sure and I don’t see how or why I would ever sell it.
