I have a few questions about 500feet / sec or less. :?:

What is the current rules in FT about these guns. Are there only certain distances, more or less the same as 12fp. Please give me some advice about these guns, thanks?

Now I like to know what is the official rules for shooting positions for me, certain physical limitations of sitting on the ground. I've had a hip replacement, and have great difficulty sitting on the ground and pulling my legs in and shoot FT. :?:

Anyone has any rules regarding these two issues please let me know.

Much appreciated :D

The up-to-date rules are here. Not sure if you have to register, but you may want to do that anyways.

leonardj, who posted these rules shoots off of a stool in the Open Division and can also compete in the Hunter Division this way. He shoots in the top three pretty consistently. A stool of 18" or less with no back rest, is legal in both divisions.
