Heck Yeh.

I like Wayne to give me his opinion on the gun. I think he will love it.

See you Sunday

Two more days! I'll have a pile of Shoot-N-C targets to donate to the cause, in case anyone needs some. Got some circular targets, sight-in targets, and some gophers.

Weather forecast is calling for no rain! It's about the only day in the coming week that is supposed to be dry. Looks like the airgun gods are smiling down on us.

See everyone there!

Don't ya be countin' them chickens just yet! The weather goofs are wrong more than they're right, so we could all be knee deep on Sunday. Ah well, it's good to think positively. And I don't mind so long as there's a covered area of some sort.

I was born here. Grew up walking to school in the rain, then some years in Kelowna walking to school in the snow, then back here working in the rain in construction for a bunch of years. Doesn't mean I have to like the stuff. But yeah, suck it up, I know... I'm just getting to be a bit wimpy in my 50's is all.

They've got a covered area if we need it, at the lower range. The upper range is much better, but I'm far from complaining about the lower one. I just want to get some pellets moving!

Even at the lower one, we should be able to get your metal target way back, and take some hard shots at a barely visible circle.

Anyone bringing a chrono? I would love to see how fast the Stoeger is spitting pellets....

I can bring mine... but I'll have to get anyone wanting to use it to sign a legal document, something to the effect of "I will buy Gerard a brand new Chrony F1, promptly, should I shoot a hole in this one." 8) I hear far too many tales of people shooting the things. But yeah, I'll bring mine.

I've got a cheap Chrony Alpha. I'll bring it, don't worry about yours Gerard. With your BBQ you're already bringing plenty

Well it's your vehicle and you're stopping to pick me up, and a Chrony's small, so whichever way you like. I've never actually tried mine outdoors. Use little LED lights mounted with magnets under the plastic arches. I'm sort of curious how well it works outside, as in how many 'err' readings happen. I used to get those all the time under a couple of halogen spots. multi-bulb LEDs mounted close to the sensors work much better.
