The following is an e-mail sent by Zach regarding the Port Colborne matches:

Hello to all,

Recently, there has been quite a few changes to the upcoming Port match and the Fudd. In short, the upcoming Port match on the 16th has been cancelled and moved to October 30th. This will be the Fudd match instead of having it HAHA. I apologize for the short notice, and for any issues in scheduling.

The timeline for the day is as follows:

Setup will start at 8am
Sight in at 9-9:30am
Match Start 10-10:30am

Course tear down
Chili Meal
50/50 Draw
Awards/Prizes

The Fudd is a Hunter rules set match in PCP and Springer categories. If you need a brush up on the Hunter rules, please read the following - Canadian Hunter Rules

For this match, we will need volunteers to set out targets for the course. The targets all need to be full-sized, kill zones, and placed at a variety of challenging distances. Anything under 20yards would be too easy, but I will leave it up to each of you, to decide how to set up your lane.

Also, for this match, we will be shooting straight through, instead of taking the regular break after 8 lines. This will help save time for the meal and prizes/awards, afterwards. So, if you need something to eat, I recommend you bring a snack into the woods with you. Please remove all garbage.

Once the match is complete, before anything else is done, we will all tear down the course. Many hands make light work, and all of that. This way we can all leave at the same time.

We are having chili again this year, made by our good friend, Chris Holmes. The chili will be served outside, and by one person, and into disposable dishes, to avoid issues with current regulations. If chili is not to your taste, or you have reservations regarding the current climate, please feel free to bring your own meal. If you are able, we would like everyone to stay and enjoy some downtime.

Please RSVP me, if you are coming, and if your able to setup any lanes. I need these numbers for the extra lanes that need to be set up, and Chris needs to know how much chili to make for us.

The Fudd has always been a great opportunity to celebrate the sport and the season we have had. Although, we have been limited in our season, this is the perfect time to invite friends and/or family who may be interested in learning more about the sport, without all the pressure.

Looking forward to seeing everyone soon!
Zach
