I can manage a normal conversion from dovetail to picatinny, but the axis alignment shall be floating, similar as the Impact. Shoot a same vertical line @ 5 and @50 shall hit a same line, the adapter must be easy adjustable. I will dig it out next available time. |

Actually, on a pcp that shoots at or around 12 ft/lb, like the Hammerli, you want the scope up higher for FT. This is a typical British setup. Attachment:

Even on my 30-50-90 fpe setups I have high adjustable scope rings. 76mm on Impact and 61mm on L2. What I will be looking for a Hammerly solution is the L-R adjustability. Not a fan to shim the scope rings, because the current scope setups I have I can swap the scopes in between rifles and still keeping the vertical line at zero. I just don't have anything in dovetail, and I would stay away from drilling/taping into the top of action block. |

I will probably pass on Hammerli from a friend just too much work to tune a Target to FT rifle. I would more likely look for one purposely FT built rifle for the next year season. Plenty of time over the winter to tinker about. Anybody have a suggestion or offer please pm me. |

Maybe someone will get an Air Arms TX200 or HW97 in stock. The full power versions are quite perfect as they are. |

I am a springer guy and have no experience with PCP, but I have seen a couple PCP rifles posted by MikeP that I think are ready to step into an FT match. And Mike by the way is an excellent FT shooter.... |

I have learned that long ago to appreciate a second hand - well maintained rig over a brand new, for a given money Not sure yet what would be a best fit for a 63 yo, haven't dona yoga for a quiet wile. |

Well, I'm 73 and shoot my HW's at the club, indoors every weekend - couple hundred pellets. My PCP's make too much noise for indoors, being 50fpe and higher. |

You lucky, I have no access to any indoor range that is longer then 20. I would give my bucks if I could find some abandoned warehouse with a length for 100, or 50 at least. My PCP's are laud as well, but in my gunclub at the bench I got used to wearing a digital earmuff. This reminds me to check the batteries. |
