Post subject:  Air gun tuning and repairs

I’ve been tuning , modifying and making custom parts for my air guns for the last while . I’ve also done some refurbishing but not what I would call restoring. What I’m offering is a repair , tuning , customizing service including rebarreling/ caliber swaps. I have a small hobby lathe with capabilities to turn parts like valve parts, spring spacers , top hats etc. I’m not a machinist and making parts takes me longer than a shop but I will use good materials. I’m willing to do the work for FREEEEEEE and only charging for parts or material. The shipping is on the owner .

I’m offering this service on a first come come first serve basis. The reason is that I’ve got my fill of my own guns but love working on them . I’m a certified mechanic and have all the right tools to do most jobs and would treat every gun like it was my own. Send me a PM if there’s something you’d like done to one of your airguns.

I’ve also got quite a collection of cast bullet molds if there’s interest in buying some of those.

Here’s a list of what I have experience with
B18/19 springers and gas ram
Weihrauch springers and gas rams
Weihrauch PCP’s
FX Impact old and new models
Evanix models
Crosman/ Benjamin PCP’s
Diana spring guns
Artemis PP700SA and PP750
Kral puncher models
Hatsan PCP and springers

Thanks guys . I figure I should maybe include what I have for cast bullets . They are .257 or smaller calibers. I put a star next to the ones that work for me in Airgun barrels.
257420
257388
257-63 fn Gc
257-63 wfn Pb
253 BBT And hp*
225-39 *
225-39 decked to 29 grain *
221 BBT*
219 bbt*
217-30 HP*

I can size for your barrel , but should provide me with a measurement of what’s wanted. I’m not sure what kind of pricing . Yet , I’ll figure that out shortly, will be less than store bought.

Here are a couple barrels I just finished for one of our Members . They were for the Kral puncher rifles. One is finished at 510mm and the other I didn’t get the actual measurement, but is full length in the shroud 10”?

WOW- you guys are amazing.

Me? retired and taking it easy. Sometimes I think I'm becoming lazy.

You are amazing!! How do you keep yourselves so busy? I mean, I also want to do that but I get too tired easily. I'm not yet retired. In fact, I love to work. But when I get the chance to rest, i really do catch up on sleep and not make some hobbies.

Do you still work on FX air guns? Mine’s not shooting consistently, shoots to different points of impact, it was good when brand new, I’ve fiddled with mine too much maybe but it doesn’t shoot consistently anymore so I haven’t used it in awhile and it’s a shame for such an expensive gun.

Sounds to me the barrel hookup is giving your problems, with movement from firing induced vibration. Need to find out why it's moving and fix that (what's loose?).
Seems you just joined Sat. Have you introduced yourself? There is a link for that.

I got some NSA .217 20.2gr which testing OK from my friend's CR600 at 70yards--not sure if it will be OK if going to 100

Hello, I would like to know if you would be able to help me I recently started a collection of co2, not for shooting but more aesthetic (quite a lot cheaper than real rolls) and I bought 2 glock 19 x in the U.S (thought I saved some $) I knew how to stuff it solid….in short, I undertook to dismantle 1 in order to see how to be able to install a silencer (adornment), except that (Tse when you touch this what you're not supposed to do and you think you're Leonardo da Vinci), it doesn't do anything good.
My question is the following I was not able to put it back together I checked everywhere on the net nothing no tutorial, no exploded view *bad word* all, would you be able to restore it to me, and make the modification that I wanted to do at the beginning either install a silencer and a scope or something like (e.g. a dowry, to see) I spent 400 for this gun with the customs and everything to fire 20 shots with quite expensive I thought the /$%?&*( when draining but that's pride, hoping that you will be able to help me. I will send you photos because the yen in detached parts.

p.s. at the same time if your able to give shape to my visions.send you few pics to see, what is it about
