I removed the front sight on Norica break barrel. I would like to cover the muzzle with a 3D printed guard. These are the dimensions ID 11.86 mm OD 18 mm+- and 35 mm long. The ends can be have a radius. I would like the material to be soft enough so I can press it on in black.

In case you can't get your part printed as you want in a timely manner, a temporary solution would be to layer on some heat shrink tubing until you get the desired thickness on the OD. Cheaply done would be to layer on some electrical tape first and then add the one outside layer of shrink tubing. You can get heat shrink tubing in pretty much all dimensions online when buying assorted bulk packs but best bang for your buck would be to find an electronic store or better yet, make friend with your local appliance/electronic repair shop!

Alternatively, muzzle breaks could be found for cheap. Also...thread protectors for barrels, if aluminium, could either be pressed in relatively easy assuming the ID isn't too far from your target.

Soda bottles could also be melted into a mold of your own to create a base part for protecting your muzzle. Basic mold can be made from plaster... drill to approx size and press on to fit. Sharpie ink can be used to dye the plastic black while melting.

More expensive route would be to have online services like send cut send print your part for you.

Cheapest would be to find a plastic item in your surroundings that requires very l8ttle modifications/work to suit your needs. Dollar stores are full of inexpensive, potentially viable things you could use. Permanent marker plastic body? Cap?

Make sure you let us know what you go for and show us the results!

Thanks, Duke offered to make the part but I had contacted a bunch of local printers I found on FB. The man delivered it yesterday.
