Wife works 8-10 hours a day looking at a PC screen. Yes! You got it! I have a pair of this reading glass to help me using my cellphone. And it works quite well ~ Sent from my LG cellphone |

Hey... I'm 34 and I had to go get my eyes checked and start wearing a low prescription this year. Almost overnight I noticed seeing street signs became more difficult. I was almost right under them before I could actually read them. I was finding my eyes straining to focus. Reading a tape measure turned into looking two and three times to make sure I actually saw what I saw. |

I just never really do, hate constantly cleaning lenses. Cant put my finger close to my eyes for contacts. But not wearing them causes straining. Some vitamins help. I did see a improvement. But forgot to take them for awhile and a decrease in eye health. So I'm going back to taking them. But Ive been wearing RX shooting glasses for the last year. Which improved my Iron sight shooting greatly. I stain alot shooting airguns because the targets are smaller. |

Maybe I should consider that. |

Just eat one egg per day (assuming you don't have high cholesterol). A large egg yolk contains 252 mcg of lutein and zeaxanthin...better than any overpriced pills. |

I take Lutein, one of the ingredients in all those in the picture. I buy it at Costco and take it once a day. My eye prescription has not changed in about 10 years and I am 69 yrs young. |
