So what about people with wells?

shh. don't give the overseers any ideas..

I'm glad I'm on a well. But sucks paying 421$ for sewers. Not sure how much it will be this year. Went up almost 80$ since the last year.

I did get a break so far this year. My power bill went down from 249 to 186. And my property devalued 500$. Assessment people must stepped in dog poo in the back yard. I'm getting a increase in my pension. But also means more taxes.

I just wish, Income tax is nice to me... Last income tax, I put 150$ a month extra on taxes, and sum of 1800$. I still owed like 2000$. I made no more then the previous year. And the previous amount was around 2000$. You think it would cancel out.. NOPE.

Talk going on now by the NDP in BC trying to figure out how they can tax you on the amount of rain your house prevents from
reaching the ground by being diverted to the storm sewers. The talk is a tax on the roof area, not just the interior square footage.
They got the idea from the Liberal government we had last time.

Unfortunately:

and yes, they use roof area.

There ya go!

As far as income taxes go, I wish I had to pay $50,000.00 a year.
I could use the raise in my pensions.
