I got some cheese cold smoked and pastrami hot smoked yesterday. I could package the cheese this morning but the pastrami just came out of the sous vide after 20 hours and needs to chill in the fridge before slicing. Attachment: Attachment: Attachment:

That looks absolutely appetizing. I admire there are still some individuals that do thins old school. Will you be baking any rye bread in the very near future? SeBaS |
