well-- the landlord is selling our 4 apartment building. and we are pretty positive we,ll be moving. it,s an older place but nice. so there goes my little shooting range in the garage. if i end up finding a place out there some where where i can,t shoot-- i,m going to have to get rid of all my guns. grrrr. for sale sign goes up tomorrow. we are 2 seniors and i know it,s pretty brutal trying to find a decent place. so you might see me in the for sale section soon. but i,m hoping not.

Wow, I feel for you - that's a tough one to deal with. All the best finding a good place to move to. You need to be at least secure and hopefully comfortable in your senior years - shooting range is a bonus.

That's really bad news. Move to Fort Erie and then you can come shoot at Port Colborne Club. If you do, send me an pm and you can come shoot with me when I go there to practice.

thanks duke. ya i thought this place was going to be the final move. about a month ago the landlord said to me -"you don,t have to worry about moving out for a long time-- i,m keeping that place until i retire --and that won,t be for 20 more years." this week he said he;s selling -- and i said : "what the f$$$$ck". notice the dollar signs.

Pete, when I go to Port to take a few shots, I don't go into the wooded area. I shoot in the field off the picnic table. Walking is just from my car to the table (20 steps?) You wouldn't have to do any walking as I would set up and take down the targets.
