The Barska 4x32/AO is on at Amazon.ca for $49.03. I have one and it is one of my favorites. The price was up for a while but it's down again so well worth it if you are looking for a 4x scope. I found mine seemed to be better built than their 3-12x40.

Looks a lot like the 4x32AO Leapers.... I have used a couple of them for years, and they are bright and rugged for the price.... and have accounted for over 100 Grouse.... There is a lot to say for low power and a wide field of view for such a task...

Buy the Leapers. I have the BugBuster version and it works great. Think I paid a little over $100 for it three years ago.

What Bob said! :D

Just thought I'd mention it, I was surprised with the quality of this scope especially for the money. I don't feel I'm missing out not having a Leaper 4x. I do have a Leapers full size 3-9x40 and it was good for the price as well.

I wasn't saying the Barska wasn't good value, on the contrary I was saying that for some jobs, less scope (as in lower, fixed power) is more.... For close in hunting in dim light they still rule, IMO....

Absolutely, 4x32 seems to be brighter than my other adjustable scopes at that setting, this Barska was my first with AO as well and I noticed the difference in my accuracy becoming more consistent right away so I have a soft spot for it.
