I know right now that 14 guys are going to jump all over this saying that these are junk. Check out http://www.futong.com/index.html

I bought one 2-7X32 AO ($27.50) to replace a JUNK BSA 3-9x50 on a powder burner. The BSA I could not focus, everything except a million miles away was blurred. The cheap Fitco focused and zeroed at 30 yards on my gun and the image was clear. (using CCI Quite .22 710 fps ammo).

I would guess that a springer / NP would destroy the scope with one shot. However, they would work on a CO2 gun.

I own two of their products, and have had them for a number of trouble free years now.

A scope that was mounted to a QB78 from day one and has held zero from that time. It mainly sees field (gophers) use. Optics could be better IMO.

The other is one of their lower priced red dots. It gets swapped around and re-zeroed frequently...has yet to develop any issues other than a dead battery...which is to be expected I suppose.

Not world beater stuff, but seems to stand up good enough IMO...and I won't complain about the price. They do have frequent sales too.

Hmmm, still 14 to go.

I have two NP's and a powerful springer. A Crosman NP was the first of those and I destroyed 3 scopes before finally getting a Hawke Airmax. So I know what a powerful airgun will do to a scope. That included one shot destruction.

Anybody use a Fitco on a powerful gun?

Harry

I have one of their 4-16X44 on a Browning T-bolt in 17 HMR. Shoots great. Been looking at one of their 6-18X50 for my newest toy - Tikka T3 in 270 WSM. For $125, even if it does not last, that is pretty cheap for testing. The other scope I am considering is a Vortex Viper in 6-20X44, but that is $500!! My Benjamin NP is on its' 3rd scope!! Broke the Center Point it came with and the BSA I bought after that. (Both replaced under warranty thank goodness) Plain cheap Bushnell 4X seems to be surviving just fine.

I've used their 2-7 on quite a few rifles, I find it excellent for the price....

what would be the best one from them for a qb78d or the 953 target pro.

Look in the "Target" or "Illuminated" tab for adjustable objective "AO" scopes. Any of those should do.

You don't want something too heavy. AO is a must. Can't go wrong with 3-9 zoom.

As long as you're not using it on a springer, these scopes are a good value.
