They no longer show on S&A site. Delrin would be fine as the application will be relatively stress-free/low powered...

Prefer to deal with Canadians...

I wonder if Michael (DerekVinyard) could be coaxed into turning on his FTP making machine?
Maybe send him a PM; certainly not an unfamiliar or terribly difficult product for him. . . .

Final product is better polished than what is shown here.
Tolerances are tight on these- enough to show what's bent on your pump arm linkage :rolleyes:

Good impressions so far. Power runs up rapidly with this flat top piston.
Chrony test up next. I've got a new "old stock" 24 inch 22-60 .22 cal bbl that I haven't shot yet to test with. Hopefully results sometimes this week. Most likely to be posted elsewhere on this forum...

Thanks Vagrant... I pulled out the FTP fixture last week, I believe I have 30+ ready in delrin. Could pull out the fixture again and make another hundred. Delrin is the least expensive option for an unseen internal part and it's self lubricating. The only problem with delrin is it will melt on the head of the piston on super extreme (40+ pumps per shot) builds. But I would still use it on the back end of the piston and aluminum on the head on even the most extreme builds. For moderate builds, it's more than enough.
$15 shipped...

I've bought a few of the Delrin FTP from Michael. They are very well made and priced very reasonably. I don't see me ever pumping a gun 40 times for one shot, so these will last quite a long time for my intended use.
The main reason I decided to go FTP was the oring seal. I bought a bag of orings, now I'm set for a few lifetimes, no pump cups to replace. I even had Michael make me one for my B5-10, works great.
Those brass ones sure look sexy.
