Work is in progress, - dismantle = done - deciding what to do = done - sanding = done (400, 1000, 1500 grit) - polishing = slide done small pieces done at this time main frame 80% done cleaning, lubing, re-assembling and pictures if not friday, will be sunday (maybe ). Dreamel is working hard . ''I was wondering how polish to get into the 3 holes in the trigger?'' you ask. Leaving the trigger as it is for the moment, as for the barrel and ejection port to. Can change my mind anytime Had a problem to take out the rear pin screw that hold the trigger mechanism on the main frame (it also hold the safe lever). |

Only if you like'd the first 3... Also I may transfer the pearl grip , or if I can convince myself to make a set. I left small pieces to original color (brownish black) just to have some contrast so grip is kind of matching the rest...

I was thinking of doing the trigger but I'm glad I remembered that I need to sand those holes to,so I left it alone until I figure how to sand them.I didn't want the gun apart waiting! So you say that the back spring is hard to keep place in the slot? |

It's just that there is nothing to hold it in place while trying to slide and place the hammer spring and pin together. It's the center prong that keep's slipping under where it is suppose to go , result, the hammer does not stay cocked back and comes forward with the slide . A bit tricky, better not be clumsy or all tumb's or butter finger, because if you are don't do it... |

Santa left a pair of earing under the christmas tree, Captain America shield. Since I don't wear these thing, I decided that would be a nice addition to my polish 1911 TAC. So a dremel, glue, car putty and a december 25th of free time and voila, it's done and nice

Lastly, re-done my pistol case, room enough for 8 guns and all accessories to shoot, for the moment, only 7 in.
