Yes. It's a fantastic piece. I'm trying to get my hands on another one. I mean, two blazing 6 guns must be better than one...

I may strip the paint and leave it with bare metal. I've seen others and they look really nice. Perhaps a nice set of wooden grips too.

Here's a picture from CrookedBarn of a few bare metal 6 shooters. http://www.crookedbarn.com/images/Westerns.jpg

Amigo , did you have installed custom wood grips on your SA6 Finally ?
Im searching someone who make theses grips ...

Yes, but I cannot recall who made them... It has been a long time.

my original peacemaker bought long ago by my brother. [doesn't work right now.] came with wood grips. I sanded them and stained them. painted the gun gold. wish it still worked. click on picture to make it bigger.

did you polished yours before applying paint on it ? ...it look like nickel-chrome ! awesome!

P.S. did you know why it "dont" work actually ?

...explain me the symptoms , i will try to help you ;)

I just sanded it a bit before I painted it. i think a seal is gone.i had it fixed once but it wen;t again. when you spin the cylinder without co2 in it it spins around very fast and free. but when i put co2 in it it seems to push the pellets out and the cylinder will not turn anymore. it's more of a keepsake because it has been in my family for so long. it was one of the original made in dunnville ones i think from the late 60s early 70s.
