 Post subject: can you guess this one.?

heres another one I painted . just a cheap one but I,m still just practicing. didn,t wan,t to ruin a good gun. this one turned out perfect. looks store bought. I used rustoleum camouflage paint (khaki.) bought from Canadian tire. this paint wen,t on perfectly. any guesses.? double click for big pics.

thanks. yep. xbg. I was looking at different colored walther cpp 99s and others. but it seems like only the u.k has different colored versions. they look pretty good so I thought I,d give it a try. this is the paint I used and a before pic.

did you dismantle this gun to paint it,
or are you just good at taping off?

how you doing. no I didn,t take it apart. but it was kind of a pains taking process of masking it off. I have some rolls of green masking tape that are only 1/8" wide. that I got off of e-bay. from china I think. and I did work as a paint prepper in a body shop 45 yars ago-- for a year or two. guess you don,t forget things.

thanks b. maybe when the new walther ppq m2 comes out and I get mine I might paint it. I even e-mailed umarex once and asked them why only the colored umarex walther cp99 were pretty much only sold in the u.k. they replied saying it was a marketing thing.

the black pieces you left black really add to the look.

thanks . it turned out way better than I thought it would. i wish the pictures could have been better but i,ve only got a cheap flip phone. not the best for taking pictures.
