Nothing wrong with that. I got my first 1911 when I was 16-17 ( registered to my father of course ) Then it went from there. But after about 20years of owning 1911s, I got tired of them. I found out that I could make a CZ 75 thinner than my 1911 and fitted my hand better. Which is odd considering its a double stack. |

Hi, I collect holsters, even more than airguns. I have dozens of them. My favourite is an M1916 Crump, made for the 1911 Colt 45. The most difficult to find was an M1912 USMC Dismounted holster. I bought it in 2008 from an American museum. It came with the unit marked, WW1 US belt. gunsnrows

v nice! here's another of mine, recently obtained... t'was quite grimy and dirty but after a quick buff, what i thought was a blemish or scuff or gouge proved to be something other than! i advised the previous owner of the stamping (of which he was unaware).. but allowed that it was now my holster. the M (as far i have learned) is for marine but not as in Marines but the german translation for navy.

I was shooting revolvers in IPSC back in the mid 70's- a solid "C" shooter. I tried a 1911 with factory hardball and instantly became an "A" shooter. Never looked back, but I still prefer to shoot my revolvers on targets. |

Hi, Here's one of my favourite revolver holsters, a 1950's "Patrolman" holster, made by Bucheimer. I would like to find the belt and pouches for this. gunsnrows

I'd lay odds, Don B. and I (Don was the other Firearms Inst) were the only ones in Canada with those holsters. LOL They fit our 6" bl. Model 10's - .38 SPL. Got to dig it out for pictures.

this Bianchi Judge #2800 holster is of a clamshell/front opening design so patrolpersons can draw the gun forward, while seated in a squad car, rather than pulling it up under one's arm pit to draw their weapon. _______________ shooting the breeze

Hi, Leon Yrag, this is awesome. My belt size depends on the holiday Usually 36" +/-? What a coincidence! I'll send a PM. Daryl, thanks for sharing. This is a very unique rig. I bet that the holster may fit a 38T, perfectly. gunsnrows |
