Post subject: My (sons) cr600w

Does anyone else here shoot one of these? I bought it for my son for Xmas. I got it out to lead it in and make sure it was ready for him. Truth be told I’ve taken it hunting 3 times now. It’s so lite. Single hole groups out to 20 yards (haven’t tried further on paper) and shoulders so nice. Smooth action. Hand pumps easy. I’m almost sad that I have to give it to my son and definitely thinking of ordering another one for myself.

The Artemis rifles are small and light. The 600wi s CO2, it look likr you have a 900 PCP there
Therw is also a 700 which is a multi pump type. Buy 2 they are cheap enough.
I used to have one that was a custom build pcp with patrs from 600/700/900. It was light and would have been a good hunting gun. But I sold it to cutdown on inventory. Pity.
(I HATE typing on my phone, my fingers are too thick for th he little button boxes., )

Likely it is one of Wes's cr600w/stormrider which is in effect a cr900w as noted.

Bingo. Essentially a 900. Essentially a Chinese stormrider. cr600w stamped on the breech. It’s a heck of a gun for the price whatever you want to call it.

Find them, tweak them, tune them, fire them, forget them, then sell them...
I shoot paper in the basement 10 yds and meral in the backyard, 30 yds.

A tinkerer. Wish I had the patience and the knowledge to tune and tinker. But I just like to shoot and hunt.
