memory serves there was talk that targets were being tested down to 5fpe since the last shoot

Like I told you Super...we are getting serious about targets falling with impact energy down to 5 foot pounds. Many will go down with even less, but 5fpe is the promise.

We specifically mentioned to all who are setting up the course to have tested their targets prior to the match.

If a target is contested, MAC has a test pistol to determine accurately if it meets the requirement :D

Now another question would be how about crow magnum (10.65gr)down at
50 yards, how much energy left there ???

No prob sniper, more info needed, like muzzle velocity/energy.

but you would need at least 605 fps at the muzzle to get 5fpe at 50yards.

Now I'm at 660 fps with Baracuda 10.65 gr.
I hope it'll be ok for tomorrow shoot ...

Thanks GT.

I got the program too, just never got to use it yet .....

Today at the FT Hunter shoot , I certainly can use some more velocity
for the 50 yards target ... or at least would be nice knowing where the
POI at 50 yards, since I just finished building the rifle .... lol....
