I don't think you could keep Bradon away from a match. He, his brother and cousin skipped a birthday party to make it to this one. He'll be a veteran by 12 years old.

Hopefully there will be lots of guys with Cameras at the Nationals and I'll make sure to get pictures on the lanes.

Tim

I went out today and bought 2 sets of 2650mAH rechargeable batteries to replace the set that crapped out yesterday....

Had a ball at the match on Saturday, lots of fun and great to meet so many folks from the board (and the few not from the board)I was treated like a old friend.
I was pumped the hole day so many people to talk to I can't remember if I spoke to everybody (I hope I did ) and the FT gear was out of this world :D :D .
Can't wait to do it again, and things are looking up for the june 28 match the wife says we can do her B day the week before, all I need to do is get off work.

Hope to see everybody soon.

Thanks Parker_101 it was really great to meet you and the guys.
Now that I tested my QB79 out in the field there's a few things I want to change on the stock but besides that I will leave that gun alone it shoots very well (I just got to practice).

Yes it was a great time 8) Tom didn`t you have any Off ? I had a can of deep woods off out in the bush, me and parker sprayed down a few times throughout the match, didn`t get bit.. If I would have known you were getting killed out there I would have tossed it over to you..
I had a layer of Muskol and about 3 layers of Suprmatics' Deep Woods Off on and the little buggers still got me bad!
I've always been the guy who manages to get bit no matter what....I have 7 bad bites on my left elbow alone haha.

Thanks for posting your pictures RVD! It was great to see you out again yesterday.

I also want to thank all of the other shooters for coming to the match. Some of you drove a LONG way to attend. We had a great group of shooters yesterday. Not only did they score well...but they are also top notch people as well.

What a BLAST! I have a big smile when I remember how well it went down! I know the other match directors (MAC and Dennis E.) feel the same. We are very excited to see the progress Canadian FT is making.

I'm pumped that our FT family is getting bigger!

See you at the Canadian Nationals (July 12-13) guys!

Hey RVD, The bar sounds like a good idea, unfortunatly I've found that the beers don't travel that well, last time I was in Montreal I had a Guiness... tasted like mud  , tried it again in Dublin and I spoilt myself, it was yum... :D

I have a feeling I might have problems getting some of the bits of my guns through by post, they all have silencers fitted... that could be interesting

Don't worry about the pictures of the lanes, just do a few next time :D

Sounds like young Bradon is a prospect for the future, just keep supporting him but by the sound of it, he really loves his shooting.

For the guys with the mozzy problems, try AVON skin so soft, it even keeps the Scottish midge away...

Your Avon stuff or the mosquitoes must be different. The blood suckers here treat it like basting that just makes you taste better.

What a day that was!!! :supz: It's been a long time since I had so much fun and even longer since I met such a great group of guys. It was a real pleasure meeting all of you.

I'm still in the city but I have photos of my own to post as soon as I get home.

Dr, thats one of the things I love about FT, it's not just the shooting but the other people that go too, everyone just out to have some fun.
