We have decided that instead of having a two day match in August the Port club will host a 12 lane, 72 shot match on Saturday the 15th of August. We will add the two extra lanes to give some added shooting to the day. The gates will be open at approximately 8:00AM and the course and sight in range will be set up at that time. We will open the sight in range as soon as the lanes at the end of the range are set up, usually between 9:00 and 9:30AM. The sight in range will be closed at 10:45AM and the shooters meeting will be held. The match will start at 11:00AM We will be a little more strict with the times due to the extra length of the match.

The price will be the same, $20 for adults, $10 for under 16 years old and free for any first time shooter at the Port venue.

Water will be provided. Please bring a refillable water bottle, as the water is on tap from the large 5 gallon jugs. There will be a short break after 36 shots to fill pcp guns, use the washroom and have a snack if you bring one.

We usually do some fun shooting on the sight in range after the awards have been presented. We then pull the targets and if you are able to stay around to the end, usually whoever is left goes out as a group to have supper at a restaurant in Port. It's a great way to spend a day.

If you will be attending, please let me know if you will be shooting Hunter, Open PCP, Open Piston, WFTF Piston or WFTF PCP. If you will be unable to attend, please let me know. I will oder awards on Wednesday morning, so please let me know your intentions by Tuesday evening. Thanks.

Hope to see many of you there.

Tim, Dennis and Chris
