Hey I was wondering if anyone knows where to buy a powerline 953 in the Greater Toronto Area.
Bass Pro doesn't seem to carry it, nor does Le Baron, CanTire, or Wally World. Do they even import them into Ontario?

Thanks

Wal-Mart was the pre-dominant seller for these guns in the GTA. But as of last summer, they stopped carrying the 953 and the stores just seemed to have sold what they had in inventory.

You "might" get lucky and find one in one of the outlying stores, but they seem to be getting scarce.

Send a PM to MrMarvin, see if has one.

Does Mr Marvin have a store? From what I could find on the web he seems like a drug dealer who dispenses air guns instead of crack. I mean this is the best way possible.

D & L is a no go. I don't like ordering stuff online, especially if it's shaped like a rifle.

I was thinking that maybe some Wal-Marts in more rural areas would have them, but I don't really feel like driving out to Barrie for a hundred-odd dollar airgun that may not even be there.

Thanks for the help (this is not sarcasm)

You're gonna want to re-phrase what you said about MrMarvin. He's a very well respected member of the airgunning community.

Anyone here that's ever dealt with him has nothing to say but high accolades about him. Myself included. I've purchased a number of items from him, and consider him a friend.

People here are not going to put up with that kind of talk, so watch what you say.

When they ship a rifle it is in a long square flat box wrapped in brown paper & tape .
+ It is insured and you have to sign for it .

You're a touchy fellow, Doc. I said I meant it in the best way possible, meaning he doesn't seem to have a store where you can go in and buy things. Drug dealers don't have stores. But it seems like you don't have much of a sense of humour, nor are you very adept at picking up when someone means no offense.

Well I don't use drugs, but you sound like you're very familiar with buying from drug dealers.
