Where to buy Helium in small amounts like to fill or partially fill a 48 cubic inch tank. Alot of big helium tanks are at 1200 and 1500psi. This could be a direct fill as Hpa tank is a max of 3000psi.The tanks they have in carft stores would do but getting them to do it is difficult. There was a guy in niagra falls was doing it for airgunners.

You can try Cancarb. Donot know how much Helium you need, but I think you may be able to get the size, sometimes seen at Costco( about 20lb )..
