The weather forecast has continued to get worse throughout the day and looks very bad now. It calls for rain and snow flurries overnight, 70% chance of rain all day, 35 kph wind and a high of 4 degrees. The wind chill will be sub zero.

I cannot see how we can shoot a match in weather like that, so the match will be postponed/canceled depending on interest for next Saturday.

Next Saturday is the only opportunity for this fun match since the pistol match is on May 2nd, the show on May 8th and the first official FT match of the season is at Port on May 15th.

Please spread the word to those who do not check email with any regularity or frequent the forums.

I would ask that you please get word to me that you received this message and I will tick names off the list as find out that the news of the cancellation has reached everyone on the list. You can also let me know what you think of next Saturday the 24th as a reschedule.

Thanks

Sorry for the bad news.

Tim

It looks like we are repeating last week with the great weather during the week and the weekend rainy.

We tried, but after talking it over, we are just going to cancel the fun match this year.
The first regular FT match in Port will be on Saturday, May 15th.

Do not forget the pistol match in Burlington on Sunday, May 2nd and the Waterdown Airgun Show and Shoot on Saturday, May 8th. You can get some FT practice in at Waterdown and be ready for the first match the following weekend.

Talk to you later.

Tim
