A great FT target to start with, I can say that TWO of those were on lanes to shoot at during the recent Nationals match at Port Colborne, & one of 'em was @ 20 yards with not more than the neck sticking up over a fallen log, & the other one had to be taken down by firing at that head-shot & not seeing much more neck - BETWEEN the "Y" of two trees.
A trying target to be sure, set up that way, but i guess the lane-setters were trying to reduce the amount of paint to re-apply. :)

If there's gonna be fun to be had out there, then your donation just may provide a good bit of the best of this particular type of challenge, ... especially if "cleverly-placed."

Good on ya for your genuine contributions ! :supz:

- i was just trying to say that it gets to be more the fun as you go, every lane set-up match-to-match is as different as who actually sets'em up, & as a newbie now, 3yrs shooting HFT I have to say that it's all a part of the learning yet, differing yardage & hole size are just the beginning of the fun. As a casual target shooting event you can't ask for much more, so i hope all continues to go well out there.

-Good luck, Y'all - PK

Brent, your target was being saved for the correct moment as too many donated targets at once could spoil the broth. :P Or in this case Soup. We really appreciate your donating another of Parker/EW's masterpieces. :supz: Gotta love those reducers you supplied as well. 8) You can be assured that Yours and Bobs targets will have a prominent place on the Range. Like nice and close so even BCGunner can't ruin the paint jobs. :P
Thanks guys. They are beauties. :partyman:

Post pics of the FT's after you've all had a chance to send lead downrange.. :P

It was nice to see the Grouse targets out at the CAFTA Nationals (Thanks again Bob).. 8) All you could really see of both targets were the necks and heads which made for real challenging shots.. IIRC one of them was set out at least 40yards..

So who is going to be up for a bit of painting?....

The one that I set out with its head looking over the log was set at 34 yards, so it had some challenge. The top two inches or so of the target was visible and it had a one inch kill zone. Many knocked it down or missed it entirely. I'll take a pic of the damage done and post it later.

Hi Guys. I've been living in Canada for two months already and I still haven't made airgun friends! That's my fault though, I have been living in all sorts of funny places, and still finding my feet at the new job. I arrived in Maple Ridge from downtown Vancouver today to stay in temporary accommodation until I can move into my house in three weeks time. My Steyr LG110 and my Air Arms S510 can't wait to get a bit of air through them, so I hope I can hook up with a few guys soon to do some kind of shooting.

The Steyr has a 2010 Big Nikko (10-50X60), and the AA S510 has a Nikko Stirling Nighteater 8-32X60.

Nice scopes, I have the Diamond on my EV2 and love it.
Your links didn't work for me, gotta be registered first. Will do when I have some time later on.
Thanks!
