In store shopping only, of course.
Anyone know if pellets are "amunition" or do they qualify for the tax savings?

Hey there Dukemeister,

Pellets are ammunition. Last time Lebaron had this sale, I picked up some fishing equipment and bought pellets also... The pellets did not qualify for the "no tax" sale.

But there's a lot of stuff to get! I believe we can save the tax on firearms... Wonder if LeBaron will have the new Browning airguns this week?? :)

Take care,

NIGHTHAWK

I was wondering the same thing. I would really like to pick up the fixed barrel, underlever. The scope that comes with it looks decent as well.

Shucks, was hoping 'amunition" was powder and pellets were the same as sinkers. Anyhow, X2 on the Browning underlever - it's on my list.

Why is it they won't let you use your members card for the addition 10% off though?
I know it doesn't apply to sale items but.......
At least you can get an airgun at 13% off and use the card for 10% off the ammo.

Hi TBIRD,

LeBaron used to have once a year a sale that was No Tax plus Member's 10% off deal... Normally during the Christmas holidays... That's how I picked up my Stoeger X20 and Remington Genesis 1000 air rifles. But last year it was just the "No Tax" sale... I have a feeling it goes with the economy...

Take care,

NIGHTHAWK

I remmeber them allowing you to combine the offer with the card as well. The last time wasn't that long ago either. I think it was October 2010 or around there. But come the Boxing day event, they wouldn't let you.
BTW, I called the Mississauga store and they haven't even received their shipment of Browning air rifles yet.
