Just a reminder for the sub-500fps rifle FT match on the 14th. We have 17 confirmed so far, but there are a few I have not heard from. If convenient, especially for those that normally attend, please drop me a line and let me know one way or the other. Thanks.

Wish i could be there.

You should get yer JSB's together before the match if possible, Gamma, most of the "regulars" use them, & they really are well made. Supply can be an issue at the last minute, so keep trying.

GO & EXPERIENCE FIELD-TARGET !!!

Sniper is is Toronto, so that would seem the best source to me.

Yes, rain or shine. Tarps will be placed over the shooting boxes.

Put up tarps over all ten lanes today. Will cover the sight-in area on Saturday morning.

A few flies, but I did not see any mosquitoes. Hopefully they are not active by the weekend.

The path is in pretty good shape at present, so if we do not get too much rain between now and the weekend, shoes will be fine. I always throw a pain of boots in the car and rain gear just in case. The forecast as of today shows a very good chance of significant rain. I hope it gets better, but we are prepared.

We have 26 confirmed to attend so far, so we will be starting at as close to 11:00 AM as possible. The sight in range will close at 10:45 AM, so be sure you get there in time to take a few shots if you need to confirm your gun/scope settings. We will have squads of three, so it will take an hour or so longer to shoot the match.

In the "Maps" section of Google click "Get Directions". Type your address for the start and "Port Colborne & Dist" in the destination and it should complete the whole name for you. Click the name and then "Get Directions" It will give you two option and choose the top one for Port Colborne & DCC. That should get you a map. One problem is that you will have to go about a kilometer west from where the map says the club is. It is between Brookfield Road to the west and Troup Rd to the east. It is on the south side of the road and there is a sign for the club.

This seems a long way around, but from my experience the address never works in Google or GPS and the club map is terrible.

I believe this is the correct address:
3757-2 Concession Rd
Ridgeway, ON L0S 1N0

Place this location into Google maps Canada, and you will see where the entrance is to the club:
42.910318,-79.157656

The actual address bring you just a little too far east on Google maps for some reason. Regardless, you have what you need now. Hope to see you there.
