It was totally a beutiful day but it was fun to shoot ......
I got my AT44-10177 setup the night before and it was good with 177 RWS Hobby at 495 fps.
Accurate and good to go .......
The first 5 lanes I couldn't barely hit the kill zone at all ....lol ... if there was any .... lol ....
I thought it was going to be a loosing battle but thanks to Parker101 with a great suggestion to use
JSB Heavy ..... OMG ..... deadly accurate and predictable shots ..... AWESOME ......

At the end did a shoot out for a tie score ..... and of course the AT44 with JSB Heavy came thru .... Yahoooo ....

Overall came out at the third place of Hunter division ...... a different of 1 score from the second place and
2 scores of the first place ....... VERY NICE ......

That was fun... Dan was kind enough to share his gun after my 22xx crapped out on the sight-in range before the start of the match.. Thanks!...

Yesterday was my first time competing in months, and the first time shooting my AT44.
After a little shooting at the site in range to figure out my holdover past 25 yards I was able to squeeze out a first place result.
Very impressed with the rifle and had a great time shooting with everyone again.
Already looking forward to the next match.

Your steely eyed composure in the shoot-out was impressive Dan. Congrats!

Unfortunately I had to leave after the shooting before the scores were tallied. Mother Nature co-operated and the rain missed us although on the drive home over by hamilton it was pouring. I shot poorly but that just means I have no where to go but up and it was so nice to get out of the city and do some longer range shooting, man it was a long winter. Thanks again to the organizers, the number of shooters present with the forcast poor weather shows your efforts are being rewarded!!!

Sorry Dan I left the AT at home 5th place went to my QB2078A.Not bad for my first time out the power chair pulled me through.I have an idea to help me without using a monopod.I had a great time, met alot of great people and one of the most important things is how accessable everything was for me.It was a close race in the hunter,I think 8 points difference from first to fifth.I'll practice up for the next one. Thanks to all the guys who setup everything.Topher

It was a great day of shooting! The weather was good with very little rain. Great turn up of people showing up for the match.

I'm looking forward to the next match in June.

Hope to see everyone again (and more) !

Take care,

NIGHTHAWK

Great pictures of the great first shoot of the season. The weather held, everyone had a good time, Thanks Don for letting me share your rifle.

I know George snapped a few shots of me, but I'm not sure if he posts online at all?
