is there anywhere that I can get a clamp vise for a mini lathe? I plan to do some minor milling work with the lathe

Ouch! That's pretty expensive. I think a cheap vise clamp would do fine.

When you consider that the milling attachment for the Mini-Lathe includes some mills and a holder.... if it fits your machine you should consider it....

You don't want something mickey moused on your lathe for a vise. When a crash happens it happens fast and can be ugly . Lathes are nice but when they bite back it is usually bad. The vise has to be solid when attached. Any movement will cause chatter . Did you look at Busy Bee Tools.

As a machinist, you know a precision vise is never cheap...
