I am trying to connect my Hatsan hand pump to a PCP rifle that has Foster quick connectors.

The male Foster is attached to the rifle and I have the corresponding female Foster. This last part has female threads (1/8 NPT) but the pump hose is female 1/8 British Pipe Thread with parallel wall (BSPP).

I didn't realize that yesterday when I bought a steel nipple from an hydraulic fitting store. It was 1/8 NPT both ends and useless for my objectives.

An internet research was not very successful as I found only one place in England that has exactly the right adapter. Another one has BSP but it was not specified if it is BSPP or BSPT.

If somebody knows of a Canadian source for a part like that it would be appreciated.

I am located in Kingston, Ontario.

Thanks Scruffie!

I looked up the info and they have a 1/8 BPS both ends on page 2 of the fittings section. This will probably works.

Did you order a whole kit from them (meaning adapter an quick connectors) or just a single part.

It seems that for the price of the individual part (£2.00) the shipping might exceed it.

Thanks again.

The whole kit, as shipping is about the same. Can never have enough good fittings. 8) Or order two sets and sell the other to get back your shipping costs..
Kit # 02B3-KT01
