Some of you may recognise this target. It's a standard military target known as the Figure 11

I did a quick Google search;
https://www.google.com/search?q=standard+military+target&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&channel=rcs#hl=en&gs_nf=1&tok=qMZvP_nk5Z7CDKcRg2oVzw&pq=standard%20military%20target&cp=32&gs_id=av&xhr=t&q=standard+military+target+figure&pf=p&safe=off&client=firefox-a&hs=E8m&rls=org.mozilla:en-US%3Aofficial&channel=rcs&sclient=psy-ab&oq=standard+military+target+figure+&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&gs_l=&pbx=1&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.,cf.osb&fp=f16fd9087f0f178c&biw=1440&bih=733

And it lead me to this interesting one;

I never realized there was such a variety of standard targets.

Hey I just had a thought. What if you posed for one of these targets and was pulled over by a cop that recognized you?

LOL, they might shoot you instinctively.

Dr. Nick, what is your point in posting that target? You merely posted a photo making no comments about it apart from its name, nor did you post any questions about it.

Are you looking for Figure 11 targets? If so, try Agricola Street Surplus down in Halifax, they used to have them and they still might as they have other full size tactical targets om stock. Cost is around .75 cents to $1 if my memory is correct.

Lots of people just print targets on their computer printers. It works better for powder burners, airguns don't always punch nice holes on long strand paper, but people do it anyway.

Yes I understand that. But the original post is not about printing targets at home. I was wondering what his purpse was: education, awareness, questions, needing a source for the target?

No, it is so you can click the jpeg and print the target to shoot- aka a source for the target, and yes he added a comment on it, what is your point?

That is what this section is for!!!!!!!!!!!!

My point in posting this target is provide a target that some may recognise, and may wish to print themselves.That's what this section of the forum is about.Double click on the attachment and it will be large enough to print!

Try 24lb Ink jet/laser paper. Nice and heavy. You get clean holes with wadcutters.
