Yes, Derek. And the last time I spoke with Tammy at Crosman USA she herself emphatically directed me to D&L for jerk-free service. I appreciate Crosman's own advice.

I'm pretty sure he got the boot from the Canadian Airgun Forum for irrate behaviour here as well. He has not made a single post here since 2011.
Sorry to hear about your experience... Almost everyone gets great service at S&A,

Hey Derek, it's exactly like this:

Hope you enjoyed the good laugh. I did. I've found there are better soup stands to deal with.

I wonder when the mods are going to step in to stop people from bashing a vendor that many (most), including me, have had excellent service from (over several years and many orders) and who has been banned from this Forum because he had an argument with the Forum owner about a year ago.... and is no longer in the position to present his side of the story here?....

I have dealt with S&A.com, D&L, and SSSO, and have found all three of them to be fair, reliable, and trustworthy.... I was also in business for myself for over 30 years (in an unrelated mail-order business).... and had an excellent reputation for customer service with 99% of my customers.... Then there is the 1% that you can't satisfy no matter what you do.... There is always two sides to every story.... and when we are only allowed to hear one side, IMO the mods have a responsibility to prevent vendor bashing....

Bob

Have dealt with Eric many times. Often he is the ONLY provider of products which are otherwise "unobtanium". Has always provided me with outstanding service and pricing which was competetive on this side of the border. It's hard for me to find fault with a fellow who bends over backward to supply those difficult items at reasonable retail cost.

I will continue dealing with him because he performs.

I agree with Bob that bashing the man on an open forum when it's not possible for him to comment is not fair...nor is it right. If you actually had a less than stellar experience with him, post it in the buyer feedback section where it belongs....amongst the HUNDREDS of positives he has recieved from others.

I agree...have bought things off of Eric and will continue to ...he has always been helpful and patient when I have asked questions and his prices are very competetive ... everyone has off days n maybe you got him on his

Got my 1322 at Lebaron. Walked into the last day of a no tax sale :D

John at D&L very helpful with an after sale email :D

Travis at AirGunSource almost allways sweetens the deal :D

Sniper Dan, great guns, great prices :D
The very mention of his name makes my wife shudder 8)

Mr Marvin has put some nice oldies in my little collection :D

Glen, pabirdman, helped with a couple of obsolete parts that resurrected a nice oldie :D

And then theres Eric at S&A,
Twice I have placed oddball parts orders, a bunch of small items that didn't add up to much.
Twice a hammer spring was back ordered.
Both times my order shipped promptly and the hammer spring followed as soon as available
in its own padded envelope at Erics expense :D
