Looking to get one 1/8" 90 degree elbow fitting and one 1/8" male-male 1 1/2" fitting, they must be rated at 3000 psi at least? Anyone know where I can get them and for cheap?

Hmmm.. How about online? I can't find any decent ones on ebay and Swagelok seems to charge a fortune for them, beside their 90 degree elbows look welded.. :?

KG - Those Eaton fittings are cast/forged, then machined down. No welded seam. Although aesthetically, the pics you show I prefer.

Well aesthetics is everything! I'll be trying my luck at Canadian Tire or my local hardware store, will need to get an adjustable wrench while I'm there..

K.G.- with a bit of finishing, those cast parts shown will appear machined, but then, if you want to to buy finished, high quality machined parts, expect to pay for the time taken to make them - don't 'cheap out'.
What do you have to pay a machinist per hour for his best work after all? I know a few machinists and they do not sell 'seconds'- it is all their best work.

I have the elbow, but not a the straight fitting. You are welcome to what I have.
The nearest hydraulics shop will have your fittings or be able to source them. In hydraulics, it all starts around 5k.
