Hi guys, long time no see! Just to show you my muzzle break project (almost) finish. Of course it's only for fun and look. It's a real steel custom made break barrel with BS NP 25 engraving Under. This damn muzzle brake almost made me become crazy because I did the mistake of forgeting the clear coat thickness and had to make it dril again. :)

Accounting for cadmium plating and chrome is a PIA most of the time! We get bushing to install that are .0002 bigger then the hole they go in! So you gently have to remove the anodizing on aluminum parts, then put alodine back on cause you can't have raw aluminum exposed! PIA!

Nice lookin' brake BTW! :D

Thank you very much! :) I have 2 things left to finish my project. I'm waiting for a second .22 complet upper assembly powder coatd in gun metal with clear coat and I'm trying to find the best idea to paint professionnaly, with a durable a nice finish, a method of paint the stock mate black/synthetic look. I already tried sandextbalck powdercoating with disastrous results (it's wood), can paint do an very good and satisfying results but I want to try something new. :)

Have a look at the 'soft touch' paints, gorgeous to look at and hold but you wont like the price.

Can get it hydro dipped in any colour or pattern from camo to carbon look and more, thousands been done.
Same paint adheres to aluminiums, steels and wood with a sealer.
