I got a benjamin classic .22 cal about 4 months ago. I love the gun but since the day I got it, the included centerpoint 3-9 scope's zoom dial was really hard to turn and to get to x9 magnifiction. Now I just leave it on 9 but if i take it off its really hard to get back. has anyone had this problem before? and do you think that centerpoint would fix it or give me a new scope for free? Thanks.

My experience has been that they refer me to Gravel for warranty claims, at least if the gun is delivered intact.

All the actual "warranty" work is done through Gravel- which means if the product didn't arrive at someone's door DOA (i.e. shipping damage)- they should look after the issue. It will likely take a number of days to get them to respond/advise on sending the product to them, but on scopes it would just be an exchange, so it should not be too long to get back once the defect is sent to them.

i recently bought the same gun, and my scope was WAY LEFT(first shot missed target to right by considerable margin), now have the scope almost full left to shoot reasonable straight
