Got a few upgrades on Friday, too wet to get outside today but I have a day of shooting planned tomorrow :)
I picked up a Tasco 1x42 Red Dot and it fits perfect, nice big picture too
The only thing I had to do was notch the front lens cover to fit over the front sight
Also grabbed a Petrol adjustable bipod to make sighting in easier

Drove out to my sisters farm today and got about 6 hours of shooting in
It took 4 shots to sight in the Tasco red dot and it works great, theres some parallax if you don't keep the dot centered, I guess that's to be expected for $50, but its easy to work with
I think an Aimpoint Micro 2 would be a great investment but its just SOOO pricey :(
Went thru a few hundred pellets today too, mostly RWS Hobbys and RWS Superfields but my niece and nephew liked the Crosman Hunting Premium Pointeds for hitting water and sand filled pop bottles
The wadcutter style (RWS Hobby) just seemed to bounce off the sand filled ones but the pointeds penetrated really well, when I hit the sand bottles on the high side with Superfields it sent them flying in the air!!!!!
Super fun day!!!

From yesterday, my 8 year old niece taking out another "duck" at 33 feet :)
She's a natural
The Alecto really is a sweet gun, if you miss it was you not the gun!!
The targets from the left are a Grizzly Outdoors Magnetic Trap, Allen Triple Spinner, Allen adjustable paper target holder with 10m paper targets, water bottle filled with muddy sand (the 10 year old nephews idea :))
Kept the kids occupied AND interested for 6 hours!!

Those are 1/18 diecasts that Ive had since I was a teen :)
Got about 20 of them, some pretty rare ones like the BNIB AutoArt 917K Steve McQueen Lemans car and a very rare Gulf GT40 with all the trimmings
