Not a hope, even with the lightest pellets in .177 cal.... not gonna happen, even at 3000 psi....

Sure would be LOUD, though....

I'm pretty sure rodent,s rapture videoed a chrony shot at 1200+. My memory is crap so I could be wrong. I personally was able to get 1060 fps with a 14" barrel with mine . Just to see what was possible before I tuned it down to legal.

I've seen over a thousand with a 14" barrel. I've seen 850 with a standard C02 cart.

The statement was 1200 fps in a 7.5" barrel.... Prove me wrong and I'll apologize profusely....

I was just supporting Joe's example, Bob. I'd take your word on such matters any time (already have many times). :prayer:

Same goes for the repeater breech for the the QB79/AR2079. Any ideas on how/where one could obtain this upgrade??

Oh! i wasn't aware of that thanks.
do you know why ?

They claim a muzzle velocity increase of over 100 fps, so they won't sell it to us.

I got an email from them. They are now claiming that there are new regulations on exporting barrels. They won't ship this kit out of the U.S. to anywhere. Further, they informed me that it is possible to design and construct a repeater breech that won't modify the QB in excess of 500 fps, but they feel this won't appeal to the U.S. market and as such, not a viable venture.

Jeeezzz.....really????

I am tempted to contact a friend of mine the US to act as a liaison in obtaining this kit. I just wouldn't want to get her in trouble if there is any truth to the over-the-border regs.

I have Archer's breech but not the repeater, thinking of selling because have no time for the QB to modify it.

Modify that breech to a repeater and I'll be all over it like white on rice.
