Able seal are great people and have been there just once..a bit far.
there is a place in Scarborough called Global Rubber productions. 7-515 Milner Ave. Scarborough, Ont.
They have a minimum order of ca$20.00 and a bit more than Able Seal.
People there at Global, not as nice.

I also came across Ontario Bearign who will supply O-rings. Buna only. Guy was helpful by phone. Same deal with no receipt under 2o like Able, so cash on hand.
They are at 1220 Ellsemere scarboro 416 321 8701

The orange "o-ring" would be the end seal if it was a Crosman. Benjamin, Sheridan or some Daisy's.....if you remove the end seal from your 38T & C you'll see what I was thinking it might be like...Yours is an O-ring...KEN.

I have a rebuild kit for teh 38's so I will dig up the baggie and see if they have a match in there. I would need 2 unfortunately but at least then I woudl know there was a non-umarex equivalent.
Thanks Ken.

Thanks Ken. I didnt get to looking anyhow. I am waiting on Kyle from SAS to see if he can locate the right bits. meantime it seems to work with the buna rigns I fit in. As was suggested I also oil the cannister neck and be more careful inserting and removing them.

Patience and persistence have paid off along with serendipity!
I was contacted about selling my Hahn super repeater by Rob from R&R Airgun repair... and turns out he is an Umarex centre...so after almost 12 month I received the correct seals from rob along with some other Umarex goodies I had been trying for a long time to locate and voila!!! ITS ALIVE!!!!! and my Umarex HPP as well.

Had to alter a deep socket to get the brass seats out (left the other tool at home ) but finally popped the new proper rings in and it holds and shoot like new.

Thanks million Rob for helping resurrect my favorite shooter. Now I can take it to the range Monday night.

If you need Umarex stuff or repairs get ahold of Rob ...he is out west.

Happy end to old thread.
