so taking apart the hatsan 60s getting ready for the gas piston
as i start to take it apart
immediately 2 small pieces fall out from the quattro trigger area
the problem is that the parts do not fit anywhere and the trigger still operates exactly as it did before
one part is a small pin and the other is a small barrel shaped piece
i have not been able to find the schematics for the quattro trigger
so if anyone knows has them i'd appreciate a peek
i did write hatsan and ask for the parts list and schematics
so fingers crossed

Can you post a pic so we can see what you got?

your pics are the ones i used to check all the parts
the only thing i can think of is
that these parts were used during assembly to hold the alignment
so the pin could be inserted and they were supposed to fall out the opposite side
i used a small piece of dowel that i cut to just fit the width of the trigger assembly
once it was lined up to the barrel
the pin was inserted and it pushed the dowel out the other side

i should mention that this extra pin is not long enough to fit all the way through the assembly

This pin limits travel of trigger forward
Changing diameter of this barrel, you can adjust position of trigger

Empty pinhole seen on your photo

tried it in that hole but the hole is larger than the pin
with the small sleeve piece over the pin the sleeve sits loose as its inside diameter is larger than the pin
when inserted the sleeve doesn't make contact with any part of the trigger assembly that would limit its forward travel
which is probably why it fell out as soon as i started to seperate the mechanism from the stock
