I was wondering if anyone had replaced the sights on a Umarex S&W 586 with a high contrast/fiber optic sight set like those from Williams (their Firesights are nice). If you have what model did you use to replace them and what if anything did you need to do to the pistol to make them fit. My eyes are having troubles with the standard sights and wanted something with a bit more contract to see. Thanks in advance....

I've used an adapter base / rail for some red dot sights eg.... Walther MRS from D&L....

Myself I mounted a bushnell red dot using the adapter rail as well
