Hey BigGoofBall. Sorry to hear of your misfortune with this rifle. Coincidentally I cracked the trigger on my M4-177 last week. I initially tried the Crosman website, but they didn't have the part available. However, on their site, they tell Canadian customers to call or e-mail Gravel Agency for Crosman parts in Canada. It turns out that this Agency does the warranty work on Remington, Marlin, H&R, Crosman, DPMS, & Bushmaster guns in Canada. I called them on Monday and they're going to send me a replacement trigger. Their toll free number is 1-866-662-4869. They can also be reached my e-mail at csr@gravelagency.com if you decide to replace the valve or seal in the future.
After calling them on Monday, while waiting for the actual part to arrive at the end of this week, I also decided to use some glue on my cracked trigger. The Gorilla Glue I used worked to my amazement. It completely sealed the fracture and I coated the surface area around the sealed fracture with more of the stuff to reinforce the bond. After waiting a few hrs for the glue to dry and settle, it was like brand new again. Looks like the new part that's going to arrive later this week will be put on the shelf for future usage.
Don't give up on the gun BigGoofBall as it performs well with a scope. At around 25 feet. I'm able to get dime to quarter size groupings with this gun using a scope and 5 pumps. Definitely attempt to ascertain the cause of the leaking air. It could be a simple thing as dry seals and as Triggerhappy416 had mentioned earlier, try some pellgunoil. I used a few drops on mine by adding a few drops of the Pellgunoil on the pump cup and pumping the forearm assembly a few times to work the oil into the area of the seal/washer on the valve.

I'm glad I didn't go for one of these when it was on sale. The M4 theme is really cool, but I dislike poorly designed airguns made of toy-grade plastic.

Save your money Tony and get one of these!

That's really nice, a bit out of my budget though.

Na, It's a wall hanger now. When I fixed the broken stock, much epoxy was used. :)
It's not coming apart unless I take a grinder to it.
I'm OK with giving up on it. It was fun at 22' in the upstairs gallery I made in my shop but, I have other working guns to keep me entertained. The old springer I've had for 35 years still works good. I've decided to get something new and decent in the spring, under a $1k budget.

Sorry to hear others have had issues with the M4. Mine now has several thousands of shots through it and it has been awesome. I am thinking of grabbing another if it goes on sale again.

The fact that an AirSoft stock fits on the M4 makes me interested in switching things up. (My wife says I can never leave anything alone)

Again it is threads like this that helps educate us all. Thanks guys for posting.
