I use a video screen for 10m practice, but with a miniature camera at the target end instead of a scope. Works well for me.

Yeah I need to find a "Digital" way to monitor my 30 gallon Oil drum that I use for a target at 2300m. I always here the bullet hit 3.3 seconds later, but would like to see where I am hitting on the drum!

Are you volunteering Thumper?
I was standing around one day in the desert and someone had fired three rounds of 20mm HE at me! I decided it was safer on the other side of the sand berm.

Hey Rick here's an idea for you pick up a canon Power Shot SX20IS i have one as my walk around cameras and it has a very decent digital zoom capability. I have used it to do some shots of the moon and I'm impressed. Its an older model so I'm sure you can find one for a very decent price probaly pick one up for $150 well worth it and you could use it for spoting and pic's and video.

Have a look:Power Shot SX20IS

Or if you need even more zoom power  go for the Canon PowerShot SX50 HS this will cost you a bit more.
