Hey guys!
My machinery's Handbook doesn't have specs for the thread profile for 300 DIN! Trying to make my own adapter so I can pump up my Pardini cylinders! Looking for the 300DIN Female thread spec!

Thanks!

Hmm?
I guess its a 5/8 x 14 BSP(British StandardPipe)
Hole size is .8106 and thread depth is .0457.

Loks pretty close to what I can measure, but would like any of you home machinist to verify!

THANKS!

Get the salt shaker ready....need a grain or three...

Did some googling on this....found that DIN 300 isn't quite what you'd think it is....

http://www.divegearexpress.com/library/valves.shtml

Then had a look for DIN 477....

http://pdf.directindustry.de/pdf/hahnre ... -_188.html

English please...I don't read der deutchlander...but "cylindrical whitworth thread according to DIN 477" seemed like it was worth looking for....

http://mdmetric.com/tech/thddat20.htm

Edit: Another page with dims for male and female DIN 477...

http://pdf.directindustry.com/pdf/elafl ... 1-_70.html

Hope this is of some help...

Al
