Just go to WallyMart and get a "Baby Monitor" with the biggest screen, it is far lest expensive than a "Good" Spotting Scope or the other "Mega Buck" alternative.
Example..http://www.dlink.com/us/en/home-solutio ... aby-camera

If you want to have a nap between shots you have 5 lullabies to help you drift off. :)

I dig technology as much as most, but I gotta ask what's wrong with a 60$ spotting scope?
Or maybe a Seben camera scope mount if you're set on recording real time with the phone?

Not bashing here, just curious.

1$ app vs 60$ scope, seems easy to understand. Buying a cell phone and tablet to use just for that is totally pointless but if you already own the material...

You can’t buy a single airgun for everything. Golfers use many different clubs, airgunners need more than one gun

Wifi and so will only work where you have a wireless router connected to the internet.
Is my limited understanding of it...... :-)

Walter..It means that you can use your laptop, Ipad, Iphone, smart phone, tablet or your computer screen to pick up the Wifi signals from the baby monitor camera and so look at you Target being missed completely.
No you do not need a computer with a wireless router.

You can connect via a router or directly from your smart phone. Just be aware that it requires a power source or you'll need a USB battery, around $40-$50.

It comes with an AC cable, just need a battery if power isn't available. Those adapters won't handle the power consumption of the camera.

That's a good question. It depends on the antenna and they don't seem to offer up those specs. Really good antennas using wireless-N could get you around 450m but, they'd cost more than that camera. I'd say 150m line of site would be a safe guesstimate.

Edit:It doesn't consume enough power to transmit very far.

I had a wifi connection on wireless G for several weeks at a range of one Kilometer with good speed and no dropouts. Of course I used good antennas.
