i hesitate to post this, i went back and saw that i posted multiple times on this same rifle, i name thy "rifle of the damned", my so called Ruger airhawk

3 barrel change, 2 receiver change, 1 trigger unit change, 4 scopes and a whole lot of swearing for a rifle that would just not group to save itself from the parts bin

but here's a group at 30 feet tonight, exact RS, cheapo chinese scope 3-9x40

let see if; it will hold zero for more then 2 groups, and how accurate this rifle can be at longer distances(will have to wait this summer)

That's impressive. You've showed remarkable patience and tenacity with your rifle.

Glad your persistence paid off :)

It's what makes certain guns special afterwards.

patience and persistence is still required, but getting there, POI started shifting, this rifle has an incredible amount of recoil, inspected and found loose stock screws, got the blue stuff out and locked them in place, also changed pellets to the heavier JSB exacts instead of RS, figured they would be more stable

still have to do a few things to it, like loctite the rings and weaver base, shim the breach seal, and clean the barrel

but from these 4 groups of 5 at 30 feet tonight, i'm pretty pleased :D
