Yo folks...I have a 3576 that leaks gas. My nearest airgun shop wants $50 plus shipping to fix it...almost the price I paid for the 3576.

I understand this is a fairly common issue but if he can fix it, so can I.

Can any kind soul show me how to do this repair?

BTW apparently the 3576 is no more...anyone have any experience with its replacement, the Vigilante?

TIA

Did you try some pelgun oil (or SAE30 non-det) through it?
You can get re-seal kits

Yup...no improvement. Thanks for the tip anyway!

Where is it leaking from? Out the barrel or at the top of the CO2 cartridge?

Hi Woody...the leak is from the tip of the cartridge.

I fiddled around with the installation of cartridges and I think I've stopped the leakage.

I'm gonna let it sit for a week and see if there's still an issue.

Thanks for your help!

TIA
