Did tune up on the hatsan At44 10-22
Upon the tube reassembly.
I have a leak from the air port of the valve.
not from the stem at the tip of tube but just the airport.

Any input fellas.

in atachment here is my valve assembly. Am i missing something.
The two springs are in fact one for the magazine pin and the other one is the valve spring but i am not sure wish one is what.

Alex

By "airport" do you mean where the holes are that you glued up?.... If so, the valve is leaking at the seat, either between the metal stem and the delrin seat, or past the thin O-ring that seals the seat into the valve body....

Yes that is correct.

I did change the delrin seat has i lost the other one.

I will look for other stem o'rings and seat o'ring

But could it be also that the tube needs a good boost of pressure to put everything in place since my tybe is empty puting no pressure on the valves.

Try cocking the gun before filling.

Hi,
I havent' assembled the action yet. I was testing the tube before. I may hae époxy Inside that misleads the stem.
Is this a possiblilty.

thank you

does the seat goes flat side touching the valve or grooved side touching the valve. The other side will then touch the stem

The stem must move freely, and if you have epoxy inside, interfering with the airflow, that's not good either.... From what I recall, the seat has a taper on one side to match the taper on the stem, and the other side is flat.... If that is the case, then the flat side would go against the valve body....
